About Anchor Inserts Ltd

Anchor Inserts is the largest UK manufacturer of brass threaded inserts designed specially for the rotational moulding industry. The inserts are designed with large hexagon and square bodies with deep grooves to ensure a secure grip on the plastic. Our inserts are also popular with injection molders and the rapid prototyping industry. We also manufacture more conventional knurled inserts for over molding and post fit applications.

Where are we?

Our factory is in Coventry in the centre of the UK. From here we supply inserts throughout the UK, Europe, USA, and Worldwide.

How do we make the inserts?

Every insert we sell is manufactured in our own factory on 85 high speed automatic lathes from Index, Brown and Sharpe, and Star Micronics. After manufacturing, all inserts are processed by an automated degreasing plant before boxing and dispatch.

Do we hold stocks?

We hold stocks of pretty much every insert you see on our site, and many more besides. We offer same day dispatch on most orders, with next day delivery in the UK, and 2-5 days across Europe.

How do I order?

You can order direct from our website using your credit or debit card and there is no minimum order quantity - if you only want 5 inserts then just order 5 inserts!
